The surgeon has decided that it would be best to wait at least 3 months after this surgery before operating on her cleft lip. So, we’ll know about that later, right now the only priority is her heart surgery.
We will be heading down the evening of the 27th, so we can be at Vanderbilt the morning of the 28th for the consultation and her pre-op. We’ve been told that we can expect Audrey to be in the hospital 5-7 days. We’ll have other posts between now and then, but we’ll try and post daily while we’re there, if that is possible.

OH and I forgot to mention S has CL/CP as well and her surgery for that is scheduled March 9 at this point. She too will have the lip and then the palate surgery. She is already 3 so we are a bit behind.
Her doctor is Dr. K at VCH for the Cl/CP.
Oh and we are an AWAA family too! Susannah had her OHS on Sept. 30 if you want to look back on our blog and see her PINK toes!!!

As you know, we have not been following blogs for a few weeks but I just had a feeling that Audrey's surgery may be coming up soon..... so glad that I checked in with you! We will certainly be praying for your sweet little girl!!
